"After teaching group exercise for over 9 years, the concept of not doing high-impact exercise was unbelievable to me. I did often wonder why I was not seeing the results I aimed for after doing all of the traditional cardio classes and heavy weight lifting. It was after breaking my foot that my ideology changed because I was unable to exercise for almost 5 months. I was in terrible shape, but more importantly, I was scared to do anything for fear of further injuring my foot. The knowledge and expertise that the Inline trainers possess has allowed me to exercise properly without further injuring myself. The exercises are very challenging and pinpoint the areas in which I need the most improvement. These are mainly core training, balance, strength, stretching and elongation.
