CONSULT
Your introduction to INLINE services begins with a BODY SCULPTING ANALYSIS + HEALTH CONSULT
We will assess your postural alignment, flexibility, muscular balances, and composition. These factors combine to produce your overall shape, width, height, personal aesthetic, and function. We then identify and prioritize the changes that will be made to create your new look and feel.
We review your orthopedic and medical history, physical activity level, and identify areas of pain or discomfort to help guide the safe rebuilding of your individual physique.

PERSONAL TRAINING
The learned trainers at INLINE use a combination of deep stretching, lengthened resistance training, and postural performance enhancement to create a toned and balanced structure.
Elements of weightlifting, sports conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, and dance appear in the sessions highlighting ever changing workouts. Together you will discover how to sustain a pleasing and painless physique that moves timelessly.

PILATES
Our private Pilates area and expert instructors welcome students at all levels. A combination of Pilates styles and apparatus are used to provide exhilarating and efficient bodily transformation.
Hybrid Pilates and resistance training complements physical structure by increasing muscle toning around a lengthened, aligned, and stronger core.
Individual, duo, and trio sessions may be scheduled at your convenience.

YOGA
INLINE provides individual, small, & large group yoga classes. As with Pilates we feel that it is absolutely necessary for yoga class enthusiasts to receive some measure of individual instruction that will enhance results and helps them to avoid injury. Yoga at INLINE is taught in the Vinyassa method and blends very effectively with our style of Pilates and lengthened resistance training. As with these other disciplines we feel that yoga, when individualized, is another tool for the promotion of the ultimate balanced and sustainable physique.
INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK
INLINE utilizes Integrative Bodywork and Rolfing to promote physical change that transcends many massage techniques. By restoring proper alignment through release, lengthening, and postural awareness you begin your journey to a pain free sustainable physique.

INLINE's multi-disciplinary approach allows this bodywork, lengthened resistance training, Pilates, and Yoga to become powerful mechanisms in the search for your physical equilibrium.
CARDIO
INLINE recommends a balanced cardiovascular program. Too little aerobic exercise will slow overall conditioning. Too much and/or the wrong type may slow the reshaping of your physique. Hard, impacting, repetitive motion exercises can compact and thicken lower parts of the body, promote poor upper body posture, and place unneeded wear and tear on joints. When you balance and monitor your diet to match your measured metabolism, and discover the proper type and amount of cardio, you will achieve results faster and slow down the orthopedic aging of your body.
GROUP CLASSES
INLINE's expert trainers also conduct Pilates and Yoga small group classes. Reduced class size ensures that all students receive a measure of individual attention. With greater focus and knowledge our students achieve results quickly. Individual sessions with an instructor multiply this effect.
